There are a couple of great rental articles from Crosscut this week. Thank you, Mark Hinshaw, for writing these. Both of these are good reads and I promise they are not too long. The first talks about about our near past and how we have ended up with the "5 over 1" style architecture that is everywhere in Seattle. The second article talks about what we should do moving forward to plan smart growth for our city and region.
What do you think? We are all bummed that Seattle is not the grungy warehouse laden rain puddle that it used to be. How will we be a player in the development of our great city as it progresses?
