I will schedule viewings, meet with property managers, take video and photos as well as get you the necessary paperwork to land the perfect apartment. We will go over tips and tricks to make sure your application rises to the top of the stack. This is the best option if you are moving from out of town or your schedule doesn't allow you the time to search for a new home. I will make sure you know your rights as a renter. It is possible to rent an apartment on your own. With my help, the process will be smooth and easy.
For this service, I charge one month's rent. $650 is paid up front and the remainder is paid when you sign a lease.

If you plan to take a more active roll in your search, or you just want someone to bounce ideas off of, this is your best bet. I can offer you all of the above services in an a-la-carte style. You determine how I will spend each hour of your time. Each property viewing is generally one hour. Hourly help is best if you only want help with a few things regarding your search. Or just hire me as someone you can trust with random questions or concerns.
My Rate is $650 for the first six hours, paid upfront. Each additional hour is $65 and paid at the end of agency.
